1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

To open an account and play on 898ph, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is allowed exactly one (1) 898ph account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any winnings may be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 898ph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately via the details in Section 15.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information you provide during registration and throughout your time with us must be accurate, current, and complete. Your registered name must match the name on your government-issued ID and the payment method used for withdrawals — this is a firm requirement under anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, 898ph is required to verify your identity under Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols. You will need to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, PRC ID, or SSS ID)
• Proof of your registered address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate not older than 3 months)

Deposits are credited to your 898ph wallet once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. 898ph does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges — please check with them directly.

We do not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 898ph are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement, not a restriction on your winnings.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ₱500,000 (higher amounts may require additional verification)
• Processing time: typically 1–3 banking days after account verification is complete
• Bonus-funded withdrawals are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6

6. Bonuses & Promotions

898ph regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and tournament prizes to its players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period.
• All bonuses carry a minimum 20x wagering requirement unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10%–20%.
• A player may only hold one active bonus at a time.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• 898ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 898ph platform — including slots, live casino tables, fishing games, Tongits, sabong, and sports betting — operate on certified and independently audited software. Results are determined by a government-certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for non-live games, and by real-time human dealers for live casino games.

In the event of a technical failure (disconnection, software error, server issue) during an active game round:

• Bets that were placed before the disconnection are valid and will be settled based on the recorded game state at the time of the failure.
• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the bet amount will be returned to your wallet.
• 898ph's decision on any dispute related to technical failures is final.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, use automated bots, or engage in any form of cheating will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 898ph platform and will result in account suspension, termination, or legal action where appropriate:

• Creating multiple accounts for any reason
• Using VPNs or proxies to bypass geographic restrictions
• Colluding with other players in card games or sports betting pools
• Using automated software, bots, or AI-assisted tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches rather than reporting them
• Money laundering or using 898ph to facilitate any illegal financial activity
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards other players or 898ph staff
• Providing false personal or financial information
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction through your bank or e-wallet provider (chargebacks)

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 898ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, and video — is the property of 898ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 898ph content without explicit written permission. This includes screen-captures, recordings, and streaming of game content for commercial purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

898ph provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous uptime and fair gameplay, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 898ph shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunity resulting from service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security

Our total liability to any individual player shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

898ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A player has violated any of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• A player's identity or age cannot be verified
• We receive a regulatory instruction or court order to do so

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending legitimate withdrawals will be processed before closure is finalised, provided no violations are found.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
